FIRECAT AT BALLARAT

A first for Aviation Report today saw us travel to Ballarat (code: YBLT) airfield in Victoria for a demonstration drop / check flight with the blokes from Kestrel Aviation, of their new FIRECAT Aerospatiale/ Airbus Helicopters AS332L1 (Super Puma) HT349/VH-KSI. We were mighty impressed with this beast! With 2x Safran (Turbomeca) Makila 1A1 powerplants of
